Shao Kahn and Sindel were not a couple one could imagine standing each other. She helped revive him and teamed up with Shang Tsung in order to get Kronika's Crown and take over all reality. With both Shao Kahn and Sindel at full power again, the two brutal warlords tore through Earthrealm's defenders. Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, and Cassie Cage were all captured, sent to the slave camps where Sonya and Cassie would be forced to breed slaves for the rest of their lives. As the party wound down for the day, Sindel and Shao Kahn looked at each other, smiled, and began to kiss. They had finally achieved their ultimate goals, and reveled in their victory.

Every lifeform in the universe now existed to serve the Emperor and Empress. 

No one would get in the way of their rightful destiny ever again.
