Where the Bad Guys Always Win

Democrats had everything going for them this time. Trump's approval rating dropped like a rock, there were a lot of promising candidates, and Republican incompetence would surely lead to a victory in 2020 and the evil administration would finally be stopped.
Except, much like in 2016, that's not what happened.
Despite the Democratic Party's best efforts, Trump and the Republicans not only won the election outright, but regained the House and got complete control of the Senate. There was literally nothing Democrats could do to stop Republicans from doing whatever they wanted.
Liberals couldn't believe it. They began to wail and scream as their dreams died on the Capitol floor. Liberal girls were sexually assaulted across the nation as "Grab 'em by the pussy" came back in vogue. Feeling defeated from the thumping, many of those girls didn't report their assault nor did they fight back when it happened again and again.
With Republicans in complete control, liberalism started to become choked out of America. Companies started kowtowing to Trump and the media soon became the government's lapdog. Liberal websites shut down left and right, while conservative websites became louder.
Before they knew it, the American people had been brainwashed to consider liberals the bad guys.
And there was nothing liberals could do to stop it.
